To ensure we protect you, our staff and the community, we have enhanced safety measures. Before coming in for your appointment, please read the following:
Please leave all belongings in your vehicle and only bring in required items (i.e. keys, payment card, cell phone).
Clients are asked to come alone to their appointments as per the guidelines of one client per stylist. If you cannot make arrangements for your dependents, please reschedule your appointment. However, if you have an appointment for a toddler/infant or a dependant that requires assistance, one person may accompany them to their appointment.
When maneuvering around the salon, clients are asked to please try to maintain a 2 meter (6 feet) distance from any individual other than their stylist.
Products will be covered to limit contamination. If a client would like to see or purchase a product, please ask a staff member to assist you.
To ensure our client’s health, we follow health Canada’s guidelines in keeping a safe work environment. These measures include cleaning and disinfecting all our stations, tools, and general workspaces.
Only freshly laundered or disposable capes/smocks will be used for each client.
Bathrooms and commonly touched items will be disinfected more frequently.
Partitions will separate the washbasins, and a face shield will be provided for clients during hair washing.
Our front desk has a Plexi shield to define safe space, and UV-C lights will be used on our merchant machine to terminate germs in between uses.
